I found RowlandRidge Appliance Repair online when my furnace went haywire in the middle of winter. Not cool. Or rather, too cool. From the get-go, these folks were great. They set up an appointment fast, and I thought it might take forever. Nope. Their technician showed up on time, which never happens! Right? I watched him do a quick yet super thorough inspection. Turned out, there was a problem with the thermostat, not the furnace itself. Saved me a nice chunk of change! Glad I caught it early. The tech talked me through what he was doing in plain language. No tech jargon. He had my furnace back in action in no time. I’ll probably call them again if anything else crashes. Definitely recommend for those in Rowland Heights seeking reliable furnace repair.
